Peace Boat, global voyage

The close of the anniversary programme: five weeks at sea with Peace Boat.

Being planned: Participation is subject to Peace Boat's own terms and dates.

Peace Boat is a Japanese peace organisation that has sailed the world since 1983 with peace education on board. Its passengers have included survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, who have told their stories in the ports the ship calls at.

The voyage closes our eighteen-month anniversary programme, as the centenary of Hiroshima and Nagasaki draws closer.

What taking part means

  • Participation goes through Peace Boat's own arrangements. Let us know if you want to hear more and we will put you in touch closer to the time.
